I tried placing my order using my credit card but the order was not successful. What should I do?

Since the credit card will be swiped in Taiwan, it is an international transaction to some customers. As the card-issuing banks are more cautious with international transactions, they will have certain concerns and restrictions. We suggest you contact your bank for further assistance.

What currency can I purchase in?

All of our products are priced in a base New Taiwanese Dollar Currency.

Has my order been successful?

All purchases will receive an order confirmation email within 2 days of being placed. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please be sure to check your email junk or spam folder.

Alternatively, you can log in to your account to check ‘My Orders’. If you do not have an account yet, please feel free to create a new account.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries outside of Taiwan:

Macau, Malaysia, South Korea, Canada, the United State, German, Netherland, Spain and Portugal.

What shipping methods are available?

International orders ship via DHL Express. (For international shipment, please fill your delivery information in English)

How long will my order be processed before shipment?

Our office is closed every Saturday, Sunday, and Taiwanese public holidays. If you place an order on Sat., Sun., or a public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are despatched from our warehouse in Changhua City, Taiwan. The international shipment will cost 4-6 days.
